Summer is coming!
Does this sound like you?
Bike overnights looks like so much fun, but they’re probably complicated
I don’t have friends who do this kinda thing, so I don’t have the support system I need
I’m not fit enough, cool enough, athletic enough, WHATEVER-enough
Me & lycra? Not friends
Do I have to wear those diaper shorts?
Honestly, I don’t even know where to start
stop day dreaming about your first bike overnight and actually get out there sleeping under the stars
Join me for BikeCamping101!
This online course is designed to take you from “I haven’t ridden a bike since I was a kid” to “wow, I can totally take myself bike camping! I am a total badass!” in just 8 weeks!
You’ll receive a new lesson every Monday, followed by a group call on Wednesday where we discuss the lesson and have Q&A.
You will also have access to the private BikeCamping101 Facebook group where will discuss aspects of each lesson and you can enjoy support and ask questions in a safe community.
When was the last time you were cradled in nature?
When was the last time you were able to be so present in your body and your mind while traveling that you were able to actively connect with the world around you?
It’s no small wonder why we crave the outdoors – we’re so wrapped up in these digital devices, carefully manicured lives, controlling the perceptions of our personas.
It’s divorcing us from our humanity, our animalness, our roving, awe-seeking spirits.
Fact: Access to parks and green spaces is good for depression and mental health.
Fact: Riding a bike is a fantastic way to connect with yourself and the world around you.
Fact: There is no better way of exploring a community or a country-side than by bicycle.*
*okay, maybe that last one is more opinion than fact :)
