So, I’ve been totally stalled out. Fighting to stay where I’m at, which – admittedly – is a few pounds heavier than what this badge on the left says..
I’ve had some mental challenges with the wheat thing. It’s triggered some old behaviours. Like binging on things I “can” have. Not good. It’s not the end of the world, sure, but I’m trying to find my footing again.
I stopped taking cream and sugar in my coffee. Just drinking it black. I’ve never done that before, but I’m starting to really enjoy the simplicity of it. It’s one thing I can do to try to push back my triggers and reclaim my day.
