So I’ve been using the Digifit heart rate monitor for about two and a half months now, and I absolutely love it. I’ve been trying to figure out the best ways to share my workout results on the blog, but that’s because I’m technology challenged. Seriously, people. Sometimes I think I’d rather live in the friggin woods. Anyhoo, here is the heart chart and work out results from my kick ass spin session yesterday. I love me some Saturday spin. I’m a beast.

Tonight is the season premier of Biggest Loser and I am so excited that I’m actually going to watch LIVE (I’m a “let’s-DVR-this-so-we-can-zip-through-the-commercials kinda girl”) so I can Tweet with the BL junkies during the show. #TeamJillian! Just kidding. Kinda. I really do love me some Jillian Michaels, but I’m really #TeamHealth. This season’s Biggest Loser is focusing on the childhood obesity epidemic, something which I was on the forefront and is so very close to my heart.
