Whoa. You guys. It’s amazing how putting in two solid days at the gym can make a girl feel!! A little sore, but definitely strong. And strong enough to decline these Halloween-themed cupcakes that management passed around.

The only spooky thing about these is the nutritional content.

I ran for 2.5 miles on the treadmill last night and felt amazing. I stretched out really well afterward. I feel like I could’ve gotten all the way to 3.25mi if I wanted to push, but I was hungry. I would like to get one run of that distance in before next Saturday’s 5k.

I’m so excited! We’re almost at our Team WC2F goal for the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network’s PurpleStride Philly! Only a few bucks more to go – you can click here to help! Maybe next year I’ll do a PurpleRide Philly for cyclists.. Hmm.. That’s a thought.

Also, 24 hours from now we’ll be in Biketown/Coffeetown/Beertown USA! No sleep ’til PDX! I may or may not be posting updates from the road. We’ll see. I promise nothing.
