In this online workshop we’ll discuss:

finding your why
the different types of bike overnights
how to pick the kind that’s right for you!
honing in on the destination for your first bike overnight
your FREE packing list … and introduce Bike Camping 101

Phew! That’s a whole lot for a 1 hour workshop, but if you’ve been following the GirlEatsBike blog at all, you know that I’ve been learning about and going on bike overnights for years – I’m so excited to share with you some of my favorite tips that I’ve learned!

Whataya say? Wanna go for a ride?

When was the last time you were cradled in nature?

When was the last time you were able to be so present in your body and your mind while traveling that you were able to actively connect with the world around you?

It’s no small wonder why we crave the outdoors – we’re so wrapped up in these digital devices, carefully manicured lives, controlling the perceptions of our personas.

It’s divorcing us from our humanity, our animalness, our roving, awe-seeking spirits.

Fact: Access to parks and green spaces is good for depression and mental health.

Fact: Riding a bike is a fantastic way to connect with yourself and the world around you.

Fact: There is no better way of exploring a community or a country-side than by bicycle.*

*okay, maybe that last one is more opinion than fact :)
