Started strength training with splits. Chest & Triceps, Back & Biceps, Shoulders & Core, and Quads/Hips/Hammies. Still trying to get into a rhythm with my gym schedule, because I already do the ritual Saturday spin and now have added a Thursday night class (cardio boxing) to my routine.
All while maintaining a life!
In other news, though it’s still cool, tonight felt miiiiiiighty Spring-like here in the Central Jerz. Patiently looking forward to the change in seasons*
P.S. I’m down to 192.8 as of this past Saturday. What a ride it’s been!
