Though some Shore folks may argue, the best part about summer in the Garden State is all the gardens. Farmers markets and roadside stands boast the freshest most delicious stuff locals have to offer – and it’s reeeaaaal easy to chop up some veggies, toss ’em with EVOO, vinegar, and seasoning and VOILA! Speaking of healthy: I haven’t been as clean as I would like. I’ve been struggling for a while, but the best part about living at the plateau for a while is that when you get started again you are closer to the top.
