Free-bagel-Friday is a cherished part of the workweek here at the unnamed corporation.
I’ve been in the habit of only having half a bagel. Today, I shall resist entirely. I have not been to the gym since spin last weekend and I have not been tracking my consumption. I’m prepared to gain tomorrow, but please don’t think I take it lightly – pun unintended. I won’t be happy about it.
I’ve been exhausted, and I’m not entirely sure why. I think maybe it has something to do with the pace here at the job picking up. I need to reach down, relocate my motivation and make it important again. I’m just soo tired.
What changes do you make when you feel fatigue? Diet and consumption? Mental self-talking? Listening to music with a snappy tempo? Any tricks or tips would be greatly appreciated.
