Today I faced the harsh reality of weighing-in, four pounds heavier than the last time, which was when? July? I don’t even know. I was trying to get back down to where I was before I weighed, but whatever. That’s not really honest. Awkward!! Anywho.
Went to spin today, that was pretty awesome. Kicked my ass entirely. I really need to do cardio more often than every other week. That ain’t working. Clearly. I have been tracking consistently, which is work that I’m proud of.
So, here we go again. The pressure of the weigh-in is off and now I start with a clean slate.
